Avram Iancu Hall

The Avram Iancu Hall has a floor made of white Ruşchiţa marble, with decorative elements made of red Moneasa and beige Căprior marble. On the walls, decorative plaster “mirrors” alternate, with plaster stucco with floral decorative elements and pilasters made of white Ruşchiţa marble, with grooves. The Avram Iancu Hall has an area of ​​450 m2 and a capacity of 61 seats.
Until 2004, the hall was used for meetings organized by the International Conference Center, within the Chamber of Deputies. After 2005, it was used mainly for meetings of the Permanent Bureau of the Senate and occasionally for meetings of Romanian parliamentarians with foreign delegations. Currently, the meetings of the joint Permanent Bureaus of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate take place here.
