After the Senate moved to the Palace of Parliament, the Constantin Stere Hall became the main location for organizing meetings, seminars and conferences. During the Francophonie Summit (2006), meetings by sections took place here, and in 2008, the hall hosted the meeting of the wives of the heads of delegations present at the NATO Summit in Bucharest.
